TEFL(TESOL/TESL) Level 1 Certification

This practical 100 hour course covers the knowledge and skills that characterize qualified, marketable teachers of English as a second language. Our comprehensive curriculum covers topics that include classroom management, cultural adjustment, curriculum delivery, and many strategies for creating an effective, stimulating, student centered classroom. The course includes authentic practice teaching in an international school.

-living and working abroad

-cultural sensitivity in the classroom

-teaching English grammar

-teaching vocabulary and pronunciation

Admission Requirements
-- Four year university degree*

-- Personal interview

*University undergraduates and college graduates may be admitted to this course. In lieu of TEFL certification they will receive the ESL Teacher Diploma.
