This hands-on program provides the knowledge and skills needed to win customers and keep them satisfied.

The sales curriculum is designed to address the needs of all roles within your sales department. You'll learn how to leverage SAP sales functionality to optimize sales activities; deliver quick pipeline analyses; and manage tasks, contacts, and customers. You'll also be able to better organize sales territories, maximize opportunities, and manage the sales process -- from request and quotation to order and invoice.

On the services side, the SAP curriculum will empower you to manage the entire service life cycle efficiently and intelligently. You'll learn how to optimize key processes, including service planning and forecasting, scheduling, service operations management, and professional services. Plus, you'll discover how to manage customer service and support tools such as contracts, warranties, and installation processing. And with training in a range of service analytics tools, you can assess your performance in key service areas.

Admission Requirements
The following are the admission requirements for the SAP Sales and Customer Service:

- A university degree or college diploma in related field or several years of related experience

- Professional users and/or consultants who already have experience in related fields

Learning Outcomes and Career Opportunities
At the end of the program, student will be able to work as a department store supervisor, head cashier, liquor store supervisor, produce department supervisor, rental service supervisor, route supervisor and retail sales.
